Beaches and timeshare

Traditionally timeshare properties that are built on the beaches of the world are mainly upscale, first class and certainly, more expensive.

How ever our homes don't look nearly as nice as these places do, remember, you do pay for what you get.

The lower end priced timeshares are across the water front, away from the ocean.

When you purchase timeshare on the shores of the world you will always pay more in the Marriotts, Hiltons, Sheratons, Westins, than in your regular resorts.

You will also get all the quality hotel services.

The average price for a 2bd sleep 6 timeshare week or points program, on the high end is 25 to 40 thousand and on the lower scale 16 to 24 thousand.

In smaller size units and off season naturally you pay less.

Keep in mind high season in the beaches of the Caribbean Mexico and Hawaii is in the winter, so airfares if not booked early enough could be higher.

So the best time to go for your dollar is just before Christmas like November and after Easter may and June, and guess what?

The temperature is the nicest and the ocean is calmest during these months.
